Someone has said this which is so true to reality your life is just a reflection of what you think your thinking is going to decide what you will do next, your every thought affects your body, thoughts are more powerful than words or even action, mmmm yes action is must, but it's thought which drives action .thinking comes first and doing later. someone has said that thought has a speed of light whose speed is 30,000km per sec. having said so thought is the fundamental thing humanity is suffering today. are we suffering our gift 📦 , the problem is not thought it's we who don't know how to use it.
How many times u start or want to do something but anxiety kicks in, fear comes in and Ehhhh! That boredom and u grab your phone go to Instagram and next u know*
Why does Mind stop u when u know your life can change by doing little little things, that thing can be meditation, cleaning home, going to yoga or the gym, waking up early 🕒
It can be something bigger like
You don't take action for that next presentation or next business be you think u gonna fail, u don't have time
These thoughts are baring u from getting Ther where u want (can)to be
But what drives thoughts -your beliefs
Finding out what's stopping u will give u your best self
Because look u should not be the person who is 🚫 stopping u, design your thoughts to get what u want.
Let's dive in NOW
What is a belief?
A belief is your idea about reality, what u live. BE + live what u be u live, if u are angry the whole world becomes angry, if u are joyous everything looks joyful, hence a critic always finds something to criticise. (Be is your state of being)
How to find them?
Whether u believe it or not every one of us has negative beliefs, if not, your life would have been excellent, no it's not I know! hence u clicked on this blog. Your every action, your every response, every word, even why u are reading this is also revealing what u believe, it's just we never paid attention to it but it is doing its work at the back
Here is what u can do
•Pay attention to what you are thinking 💭
•Go behind each thought, what I call why ladder 🪜

What u will find at the core is a big WHY
Where did u get them from
Look a child does not born by thinking I am not going good enough, I am not lovable, I can not change, it's people around them who at some point in their life programmed their mind, knowing from whom u got them will help to avoid reimposing them,
The first person to check on is your parents, a child spends on an average 20 hours of the day with their parents at least till the age of10 years,
What common thoughts, reactions, and responses do u find in your parents and u if u get angry when u see some object like your one or both parents, u are likely to have taken their beliefs and there are tones of reactions to u can check
The point is not to criticise your parents because they have taken it from their parents and they from their parents when u heal yourself u end up healing your parents and their parents, these beliefs no longer serve, u can not afford to take them on your journey of abundance
U may have got them from society, friends or culture, some of the common social beliefs are girls are not able to work out, men should not cry and so on
The one I have seen in villages is men should be served and fed first and women next
Now that u have found out your beliefs, it's time to change them
•sustitute them
Once u have programmed your mind it can not be deleted but what u can do is substitute them with another
When your mind says,
I think I will fail-
say well everybody failed before they win, they win because they have failed,
I can not find time say, I have to reserve it
And heh! I don't have skills (it's my one) I said
Buddy, I can learn them no one born with it all learned it
•Change information
We have seen that we can not delete beliefs once it's recorded they will be there always, and we can not leave the people from whom we got them from
When I said to substitute them u need something to substitute them with, hence change in the information 📄 is a must, make sure to take only positive, enlightening information
Where I will get it?
There are tones of videos to watch on the same YouTube where u were binging movies last night, there are millions of articles to read, and trillions of self-help books to make a shift in thinking
•Always pay attention to thoughts
Once u have changed them it doesn't mean they are gone, they will again kick in if u do not pay attention to your thoughts, hence be mindful of what u are thinking, and change it immediately
Get your substitute prepared for what u will think purposely when your mind goes into Autopilot so that u avoid panic at the moment.
•Separate yourself from your beliefs
Some people find it very difficult to accept their beliefs or criticise when they come back or find them because we judge ourselves based on beliefs, remind yourself it's my belief but I am not my belief hence I can change it.
•Doing things whatever
I can not emphasise enough this part,
I have used this trick to write this blog, when I thought about writing this blog mind said u don't have time for it, the script for it, people will judge me, there are so many better than me why anyone will read your's, I spot them and said I have to write to figure out what works and what, not .my perfectionism was emerging, but I let my emotions be there and just did it.
And now the result of using it Is this article, otherwise, u won't be reading it now 😊
because once we find why we are not able to do what we want, we may start aversioning them and this time it's not your beliefs that are stopping u it's your aversion,
Hence let that thought be there just be mindful that it's there the time u know that it is there u are out of it and do what u want to do, it can be studying, reading a book, or just cleaning the room.
Letting your emotion just be don't feed them by giving your energy.
Changing your beliefs is not a destination, it is a journey .u will take many beliefs in the journey at some point u would be needing to drop one and take another it's always evolving as u are evolving with it
Hence let your beliefs be flexible that u should not be attached to your belief system, to allow their further expansion
